Our chocolate truffles and treats are made fresh in Hawai`i with a blend of the finest European and Hawaiian chocolates.
Below is a list of our 18 signature flavors (previously known as our "every day favorites") available in the shop daily. Click on each truffle to read a short flavor description.

Storage and Shelf Life
Please keep your chocolates in a cool and dry place to maintain peak freshness (Ideal temperature of 55-60°F and humidity of less than 50%). We recommend allowing cooled chocolates to warm to room temperature (65-70°F; about 10-15 minutes standing in room temperature) before consumption for optimal taste and texture. Chocolates have an estimated shelf life of four weeks if refrigerated. Perishable truffles have an estimated shelf life of 3-7 days and must be refrigerated to prevent spoilage.
All dark chocolate truffles are made with cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, cream, butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla & various additional flavor ingredients.
There are no dairy products added to our solid chocolate shapes, chocolate Oreos, dipped fruits, and macadamia nut clusters. However, all of our chocolates are made in a facility that processes dairy, peanuts, & other tree nuts.
