1. Shop online (Orders must be placed at least 2 business days prior to your pick up date)

3. Call 808.371.2234 to place same day holds and pay at pick up.
4. Direct message us on Instagram @chocoleahawaii to place same day holds and pay at pick up.
…then conveniently head to our “pre-order pickup” sign in our shop on your pick up day, and be on your way!

Ordering Information
All sales final.
All unclaimed orders will be discarded after one week from set pick-up date unless otherwise mentioned. No refunds will be made for unclaimed orders. 
Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

If you are purchasing a gift and want it to be a surprise, we suggest paying in cash or first be sure that the credit card used, has not been linked to previous Square receipts so an automatic receipt will not be sent via text/email. To unlink a credit card, simply click "manage preferences" at the bottom of your receipts from Square. Thank you for your understanding as we are not able to manage your settings on our end and must be done by the customer per Square policy.
